Compared with the last one, the scale of the event was larger, and the number of customers received was also more. This time, there were 20 groups of customers from Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Shaanxi, Hubei, Jiangsu, Henan, Shanxi, Sichuan and other places.
With the last experience and reflection, we are more comfortable in this issue. Three groups of customers signed contracts with the company immediately after the end of the activity, which represents the customers' recognition of our service and great trust in the company.
After the last visit, the company reviewed and summarized the whole process. This time, it improved in three aspects.
1、 Streamline the activity flow
This activity is still four processes, but the time control and allocation have been adjusted. Each link is reasonably controlled. Customers first visit the company at the office of Sichuan Hechuan dispatching. The general manager is the "guide" to show you about Chuanhe and answer the customer's questions.
The second stop is to visit the cooking process and taste the bottom of the pot.
The third stop takes customers to visit the Besson Road store in the front of the house to see how the chain store with a monthly sales of 750000 yuan operates.
The fourth station visited Chuanhe food factory to understand the production process and communicate with R & D colleagues on site.
2、 Taste it in different areas
In the taste trial, a new display platform is added this time, which distinguishes cluster customers from hotpot customers, which is convenient for customers to learn and more targeted.
Recently, there are many customers who want to know more about fish hotpot, so in addition to the hot pot string, the company also added fish hot pot on-site taste test. In the following activities, the company will make certain adjustments in the taste test link according to the customer's demand and the current market, and strive to show all the things customers want to know most.
3、 New signing links
At the end of the activity, we added a new contract signing link this time. A group of customers signed a contract with us after visiting the completed factory, and the other two groups also reached cooperation with us after the end of the activity.
